Our St.Catharines Crossfit gym works on creating WODS that mimic the bootcamp style you may be accustom too. Our programming is inclusive, easy to follow, and will give you the intense workout you’re looking for.
Crossfit ReVa offers bootcamp style workouts every saturday at 9am. We like to call these workouts “SWEATY SATURDAY” WODS. Our bootcamp workouts can range from EMOM, AMRAP,or to completion of total rounds. We hope all newcomers will come and try one of our Sweaty Saturday classes.
Our free trail classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15pm and Saturday at 9am. If you are looking for a new fitness experience then you should give Crossfit ReVa a try. These classes are an excellent avenue to starting your new Crossfit fitness journey.
