ReVa Nation, we are excited to announce our first ever In-House CrossFit Competition! Introducing 2 Beauties & a Beast Throwdown!
Teams of 3 – 2 female, 1 male
Time: 9am (arrive at 8:30am)
3 wods for ALL skill levels
Cost: $30/team (or $10/person)
Prizes and bbq to follow the competition.
Sign up sheets will be at the gym. We are aiming for a minimum of 8 teams.
If you don’t have a team, sign up as a free agent and we will find you a team.
It’s a fun and friendly event, giving you a chance for friendly competitive workout and to build comradery at CrossFit ReVa.
We encourage friends and family to come watch!
