A CrossFit class you will find a constantly varied functional movement done at high intensity.This class combines elements of weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, running, and rowing to get you into the best shape of your life. All workouts are scaled and modified to each athlete’s needs and restrictions.
This class throws the barbell away and adds a little more sweat! Be prepared to go a little lighter but a lot longer. There is no better way to start your Saturday morning!
This class is open to experienced lifters that have a good understanding of the Olympic lifts. The workouts are a little more advanced, but great if you want to get as strong as a bear!
