Min 1- 10 D-bell Hang Clean +5 Shoulder to Overhead
Min 2- 10 Med. Ball Slam+ 10 Ring Row
Min 3- 45 second Hallow rock or Hallow Hold
* Also, we are just three days away from learning the first workout of the CrossFit Open. If you haven’t already signed up you still have time to do so. The open is a big part of out community and we want to have as much people completing it together, so we will have a vote on which day works best for everyone( Friday night vs Saturday Morning)
