The open is upon us! Those of you that have registered for the open – we will be hosting the open workouts on Friday nights starting at 5pm and again on Saturdays at 11:00am for those that cannot attend Fridays. If the times do not fit your schedule please organize with Matt or Mike a time for you to complete the workout.
