*partner A is on the bike while partner B is performing a deadlift hold(245/165). Cals do not count if the bar is dropped
50 Toes to Bar
*Partner B must be hanging from the pull up bar for reps to count
200 Double unders
50 Sycnronized Burpees
50 Box jump Overs
