We want to give a big shout out to all the ReVa athletes that completed the first open workout.  It was a very memorable workout as we had many members PR and push through the WOD.  We can’t be more proud of #ReVaNation right now.  All of you demonstrate what Crossfit is really about – Community.  To all our members, please come on out to the next open WOD and everyone is encouraged to bring friends and families to show them what Crossfit is all about.

Pistols x 6-8 per leg
Handstand Push up x 8-10

2. For Time
