Congratulations to all Reva athletes that completed the Crossfit Open!  We are very proud of everyone for giving it your all every week for the past 5 weeks.  All the open workouts were extremely tough and the comradery within the gym helped everyone push harder each time.   A big shout out to all of those that got their first muscle up, pull up or toes to bar!  Our family has never been stronger.

1. With a partner Alternate Rounds to complete 5 Rounds each :

12 DB Deadlifts (50/35)
9 DB Hang Cleans
6 Shoulder to Overhead

2. Neutral grip DB bench press
4×8
