Thank you everyone who came out the ReVa WOD and experienced our first of many events. Big thanks to the Varalli family for the huge spread and Mark Mclean for taking pictures. Can’t wait for the next one.

1. Three sets of:
Bent over row x 10-12 reps
Side planks x 30 sec each side
Max du in 60sec/ du practice

2.With a continuously running clock complete 5 thrusters every minute.
From 0:00-5:00 use 35/45 lb.
From 5:00-10:00 use 55/75 lb.
From 10:00-15:00 use 75/95 lb.
Continue adding 20 lb. every 5 minutes for as long as you are able.
